It is impossible to determine formal system requirements. If you can run Windows XP, then you could run Elica too. Hopefully.

Prefered system requirements:

• Windows XP, Core Duo processor, 512 MB RAM
• 1400x1024 screen resolution, 64K colors
• video card with hardware OpenGL accelleration

Minimal system requirements:

• Windows XP, 400 MHz processor, 64 MB RAM
• 800x600 screen resolution, 32K colors

Note: Elica is compiled for Windows XP. Earlier operating systems are generally not supported, although Elica may or may not run on some Windows 98/2000 machines.
